The hotel provides wheelchair-accessible facilities, a car rental service, and a multilingual staff for dry cleaning and laundry.

“This InterContinental truly excels as an airport hotel, providing a welcome sanctuary with remarkably comfortable rooms and exceptional, personalized service from staff who remember returning guests. Its proximity to O.R. Tambo is unmatched, making it an obvious choice for layovers, yet the quality of dining, particularly the adventurous fare at Quills, and amenities like the spa and pool suggest it's more than just a transit point. I found the seamless check-in and attentive care, even late at night, to be a standout element.”
